Founder & Principal Consultant
Lisa has extensive leadership and technical experience at the city, state, and international levels, including with the City of Phoenix, Empire State Development Corporation in New York, USAID, UN Development Program, CARE International, the International Rescue Committee and others. In addition to serving in Arizona, New York, and Virginia, she has held longer-term positions in Kenya, Sudan, Bangladesh, and Thailand, complemented by short-term technical assignments across Haiti, Senegal, Uganda, Nigeria, Zambia, Sierra Leone, Macedonia, Colombia, and beyond.
